In the final sections of the course when you start learning some of the advanced stuff, you can then start getting your partner to help out but this is totally optional.

As you progress through the course you’ll be learning many things that you will be using straight away during sex. So this is also part of the training and process of improvement (even if your partner doesn’t know what you are up to).

When Is The Best Time Of Day To Complete Premature Ejaculation Exercises?

This is entirely up to you. The main thing is that you can find a safe area where you can relax and make sure that you won’t be disturbed.
