Nate serves as the Tax Manager as part of Evergreen’s Accounting team handling tax compliance, structuring, and diligence activities. Outside of tax, Nate supports Evergreen’s Treasury and Investor Relations functions. Prior to Evergreen, Nate spent five years as part of the GCR team at Ernst & Young in Chicago serving clients in the healthcare and technology space.

Nate received his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he also received his undergraduate degree majoring in Accounting and Finance.

In his free-time, Nate enjoys playing beach volleyball, catching Cubs games at Wrigley Field, and spending time with his family.
