Nishka is a Talent Analyst at Evergreen, where she helps find and place the next generation of leaders into the firm’s portfolio companies. She began her career in executive recruiting at K1 Investment Management in Manhattan Beach, focusing on hiring B2B SaaS executives. She graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a B.A. in Psychology and Anthropology and stays connected to her alma mater as an alumni interviewer. Outside of work, Nishka enjoys trying new matcha spots, discovering scenic walking trails, and seeking out new travel adventures.
