Cole is a member of the M&A team where he helps lead Evergreen’s inorganic growth, specifically focused on managed IT services businesses. Cole spends his time identifying and talking to business owners and bringing in new acquisitions.

Prior to Evergreen, Cole was a Vice President in Western Alliance Bank’s Technology Banking Division, structuring and underwriting venture debt facilities for VC-backed startup companies.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Cole graduated Magna Cum Laude from Santa Clara University. Outside of work, he can be found road biking around San Francisco or hiking the nearest peak.
