Vicky is an M&A Advisor at Evergreen, specializing in the managed service provider (MSP) industry. As a key part of the company’s inorganic growth strategy, she works directly with business owners to help them preserve their legacy and find a permanent home for their businesses and employees.

With a decade of experience in the MSP channel, Vicky previously held leadership roles in channel development, ecosystem alliances, and product marketing at ConnectWise. Her significant contributions have been recognized with awards including the 2025 GTIA Spotlight Award for Advisory Councils, 2024 CRN Women of the Channel, 2022 CRN Channel Chief, and 2024 & 2025 Visionary for the Channel Marketing Association.

Vicky holds an MBA and Master’s in Marketing from The University of Tampa, as well as a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Florida, where she also competed on the collegiate equestrian team. A Florida native, she enjoys fostering equine rescues, gardening, and spending time with her son on the soccer field or playing Mario Kart.
