Below you will find information about the 2012 Evergreen International Conference for registered exhibitors. Please contact Shauna Borger, sborger@library.in.gov, with any questions or comments.

Information Required from Exhibitors

Please provide the information below by filling out the Exhibitor Information Survey.

We require the names and email addresses of up to three representatives who will be given exhibitor badges for the conference. Please note that this will limit their attendance to the exhibit area only however staff members are welcome to register if they are interested in attending sessions.

We also require a 50 word description of your services for inclusion in the Meet the Exhibitors section of the program.

Please see the pdf of the conference space in the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis at the link below. The first page of the document shows the 2nd and 3rd floor conference spaces. The 2012 Evergreen International Conference has reserved the entire 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency for the conference.

Exhibit spaces are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. You will be notified of your exhibit space number by the Local Planning Committee.

Your exhibit space will include a table-top, two chairs, a wastebasket and hotel wi-fi. Please fill out the exhibitor form at the link below and work with the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis if you require anything else such as a power cord, other AV items or signage.

After-conference activities

We have some exciting local activities planned to welcome our conference attendees to Indianapolis! All activities will meet in the foyer at the Hyatt Regency and a member of the local planning committee will be your guide to the location! Sign up for many of the activities at the conference registration desk or at the survey.

Indiana Pacers vs. Chicago Bulls, 6:30 PM
What’s Indiana without basketball? We have reserved 25 tickets for the Wednesday, April 25 game against the Chicago Bulls. Each ticket will cost $12.72 (USD).

All tickets must be purchased via credit/debit card through the Pacers group ticket office before April 10, 2012.

We will be leaving from the Hyatt Regency at 6:30 PM. The walk from the hotel to Bankers Life Fieldhouse is less than half a mile (about .6 km). If you will require a car to the stadium, please contact Jessica Jacko Barnes at jjacko@library.in.gov so we can make arrangements.

There are 3 dining options that participants can sign-up for at the conference registration desk or at the survey. A member of the local planning committee will lead the way to the destination. Leaving from the Hyatt Regency at 6:30pm.

Friday, April 27
